Blue Nova

Having done a few neutral tone pieces for the Complexion series, I had a hankering to do one in rich, saturated colors. Not remembering that I had ever done one in blues and purples, I decided to make a geometric piece using these colors. The grid is laid down with straight lines and circles. I must have been "off" just a hair on one of the vertices, because the center ended up being slightly askew, but I actually liked how it turned out (one of Bob Ross's "happy little accidents" I guess), so I left it that way. The finished piece reminded me of a space theme, so I called it "Blue Nova".
